Job description:workshop is attached to garage and at present is bare breezeblock. the walls are approx 30 sqm including 2 windows and a door. the ceiling will have plasterboard and approx 15 sqm. the room is empty but has minimal heating. as an option if you want to quote to install plasterboard that is an option.
