Job description:I am in the process of buying a house (75 sq m) and the building survey has come back saying that, as the ceilings are lath and plasterboard and extensive showing cracks, they should be replaced. How much would it cost to replace ceilings of this size? Or would it be just as effective - and cheaper - to overboard it? This could cover five rooms and two hallways (although I cannot recall how many of the rooms have extensive cracks). At the moment I am looking for quotes but the work may follow in early 2012.
