Job description:Bathroom: Seal between bathtub and tiles is leaking whenever we take a shower (using flexible shower hose over bathub). Water leaks through into living room on ground floor. We have identified where the leak is occurring (behind taps). Seal in this area needs to be replaced. Living room: crack in ceiling caused by water leaking through from bathroom overhead; needs fixing (replastering?)
