To skim three rooms - 2 bedrooms (15'x11' & 12'x9') and a small downstairs hallway. in St Mary's

Job description:Bedroom 1 is 15'x11' and needs a plaster skim on all walls and ceiling. There is cracking across the existing plaster, but it is stable. Bedroom 2 is 12'x9', and needs a skim on all walls. There are some small minor holes in the existing plaster, and a previously water damaged corner (about 1' square), where it looks as if the existing plaster has blown, so would need patching. The hallway is approx 12' long, and the existing plaster is fine, just a little bit rough - looks like a DIY job, so we just need the walls skimmed. All ceilings are a standard height.
