Job description:end terrace house gable wall (which has render over brickwork) is allowing penetrating damp into bedroom causing small damp patch and mould. Outside wall therefore requires patching and possibly painting whole wall with good quality weathershield paint (total area to be repainted approx. 25 sq.metres)
