Job description:We need a plasterer to do a job in a cafe in Penrith. The areas which need work are firstly a section of approx 2 metres running between the wall and the ceiling where wallpaper has "bubbled". We want a smoothe 90 degree plaster finish which we can then paint over. Secondly a large crack in the bay window needs to be filled and skimmed over. We do not want to address structural issues, only surface decoration
