Job description:I am having a damp proof course carried out to a detached property in St Martin's perthshire as the first step of a large rennovation job. The specifics are: Carry out work to insert a pressure injected chemical damp proof course to the stone and brick partition walls of the main house Carry out work to strip water damaged plaster up approximately 1 metre from floor level and replaster to chemical damp proof course specification (up to 120 sq. mtrs. in area) Carry out work to apply an epoxy damp proof membrane to the ground floor bearing concrete floors of the main house rear single storey annex: Carry out work to seal the earth solum and spray treatments to the raised timber ground floor Carry out spray treatments to all accessible roof, attic floor and first floor/stair timbers I need a plasterer to carry out the plastering works as detailed above
