Job description:My ground floor flat is damp and gets worse in the winter months. There is a lot of condensation on the walls and windows with peeling paint work and patches of mould. The kitchen, bathroom, toilet and bedroom are affected. The rooms affected will need to be re-decorated after completion of works. I would like a DAMP SPECIALIST to visit the property to make an assessment and provide a quote to remedy the problem please. I would also like the work to be carried as soon as possible. Quote to include labour and materials.
