Suspended ceiling with a recesed strip light running round it in Orton Brimbles

Job description:I'm looking to have a suspended ceiling approximately 2 metres by 4 metres fitted in the middle of a 3 metre by 5 metre ceiling with a recessed strip light running round it so that the strip light itself is not visible only the light emanating from it into the 0.5metre recess around it.
