Job description:The wall in sitting room will need skimming after we remove fireplace. the other walls may need skimming depending on state after removing wallpaper. also fine crack in ceiling needs patching. 1 bedroom(measurements room 1:13ftx13.5ft) needs walls and ceiling skimmed. 3 bedrooms (measurements 18.6ftx6.1ft - room 2 13x10.10ft - room 3 9.8x8.3ft) need ceilings skimmed. There is also possibility of hall and landing ceilings needing skimming. Our budget is incredibly tight, so perhaps a full work quote and room by room may be an idea?
