Living room ceiling needs overboarding and skimming in Park

Job description:I have stripped the old paper off the ceiling with a view to re-papering but would like a quote for re-plastering, preferably without removing the old plaster. I believe it should be possible to fix plaster board and skim but am open to alternative suggestions.
