Job description:Kitchen refurb. Serving hatch removed - needs to be blanked off and skimmed. Same wall has been channeled out for rewiring, needs making good and skimming. Total area for skim over 2 walls and a window sill is circa 20x8. Also, may replace 4x4 section of ceiling board which has cracked.
