Filling in fireplace and air vent in Werrington South

Job description:filling in fireplace opening and plastering, about 1.5 m square and filling in air vent (2 - 3 brick opening) just had a back boiler, gas fire and surround taken out so it needs blocking off and plastering. Also I do not need the air vent any more.
