Job description:Arrange working access with require permits. Hack off existing render and prepare walls to receive new render. Render entire front wall of property with 2 coats of water repellent sand and cement, to include all necessary drips, heads reveals etc. Paint exterior of property with masonry paint. Remove all rubbish. Remove working access. I do not have measurements, so you would need to visit the property.
