Skimming two walls and repairing coving in Calverley and Farsley

Job description:I'm currently in the process of stripping damaged lining paper from two walls. I'm not sure what the condition of the wall underneath is, but I anticipate it will probably need skimming before I can paint. On one of the walls, there is also a hairline gap between the coving and the wall, and black dust is coming through, so I'd be grateful if the quote could include a price for filling this (if the skimming does not solve the problem on its own). Room size is 4.2m x 4.3m; I think only two of the walls will need doing (potentially a small section of a third wall too). Looking for a reliable plasterer to carry out the work potentially within the next month or so. Thank you!
