Job description:The loft has been platerboarded and requires skimming. (No tape has been fixed) The loft is approimately 4.5m by 4.5m. At its centre point the loft is approximately 2.4m sloping down to approximately 0.9m towards the evaves. There are two large velux windows, one on each pitch. Downlights run along the centre of the room. The walls and ceilings will require skimming. Please contact me via email.
