Damp patch in front room - Fireplace in Lower Basildon

Job description:We have damp on the fireplace surround, our house was built in 1830's it is brick built, no cavety walls. We have damp on the wall at the bottom of the fireplace, it is creeping up te fireplace on one side and appears to be starting (biut not as bad) on th other side. We also ave mushrooms growing on the outside of our house I am after a quote and dependent on cost will depend on whether the work is done, we do not have a large budget. thanks Sarah
