Job description:Our house was built in the 1930's. We have removed all the wall paper to find the old plaster in poor condition. We would like the ceiling and the walls skimming. We would like plaster coving to be installed. We are going to decorate our hall stairs and landing soon. This a bigger job and we would like some advice on whether or not to remove the old cracked plaster
