Dry line, touch up & skim fireplace in Bamford

Job description:We opened up a large original fireplace (approx 5' x 4') in our dining room that had been bricked up. 3 things need doing...1)the fireplace needs dry lining and skimming inside & around. 2)the base needs sand/cement to bring it back level with the floor boards. 3)Finally we want to keep the original brick arch on show which is is reasonable condition but needs some tidying up...repointing & sealing maybe.
