Dining room ceiling to skim 12ft 9" x 12ft in Hillsborough

Job description:Ceiling needs to be skimmed in dining room, but there is a small hole 2ft by 2ft in the corner which need to be boarded without taking the coving off (joists are visible so board can be screwed in).
