Re-Skim a bedroom and a living room in Kedermister

Job description:Average sized bedroom needs to be re-skimmed - the room was re-skimmed but i wasnâ??t happy with the job as there are a lot of imperfections and pva splashes every where making decorating a nightmare. The room has coving which can be removed if required. A large than average Living room also needs to re-skimmed, for both rooms I donâ??t believe scaffolding is required. After I have completed the bedroom and living room I need to re-render the kitchen internal walls and get it re-skimmed. I would like some one who is experienced in the art of plastering and is not a cow a boy
