Skimming of spare room walls in Bitterne

Needed: Plasterer / Renderer in Bitterne, SO19

Job description:Small spare room (only just big enough for double bed, not sure of exact measurements at moment) needs some work doing on walls, two of the walls in a bad state, one of which was erected as a partition wall by previous owner. Not sure if this board wall can be skimmed or if new boarding needs to be put up. Also considering getting artex ceiling smoothed over. Ideally would like new skirting boards too.
