Job description:Bedroom approximately 3250mm x 3600mm needs skimming and the ceiling plastered. Walls have a slightly flaky texture (looks like the plaster was painted too soon) - and there are a few areas where the cracked plaster has been patched - but overall it just requires a thin skim, The ceiling has been re-plaster boarded - and needs plastering completely.
