Job description:Room 15'4" x 13' with large bay window to one wall,large window to second wall, two doorways. Three and a bit walls currently have rough textured paint/plaster finish. This to be removed or otherwise dealt with to restore smooth plaster finish. Likewise to ceiling (currently artex). Skirting boards to be fitted.
