Job description:Room is approximately 4 x 3.5M There is a chimney breast, edwardian home, Skimming required above skirts and below picture rail. There is a plasterboarded filled vent approx 30cm x 10cm on chimney breast which will require more attention. Walls were papered which has been removed.
