Job description:Existing walls have developed hairline cracks. It turns out that the render below is not securely attached in places. So the job would involve repairing those areas, and replastering to a 'ready for painting' finish. Dimensions of the room are roughly 9x11 feet, and the work is only applicable to 3 of the walls (the 4th is completely fine).
