Replace damp plaster and tiles in Chaucer

Job description:The council are responsible for the pipe which is leaking but i need a quote from a builder for the building insurance (obviously i need to submit more than one quote to me insurance company). My concern is that the sink unit, work surface and other kitchen units will need to be removed in order to remove damaged plaster. They will then need to be re-fitted. There are also tiles that ill need to be replaced after the plaster is dry. The exterior wall is quite damp. this will also take some to dry before we can start this work.
