Job description:Plasterboard and skim a small area below an existing lath and plaster ceiling which is beginning to sag in places. The area in question is above the stairs and landing area measuring approximately 2.5 by 1.75 metres. I want to avoid taking down the lathe and plaster if at all possible, due to the mess caused and difficulty of disposal
