Job description:4 walls approx 3 - 3.6m x 2.4 each, already hacked off old mortar. Also a split level new (bare board) ceiling approx 3.0m x 3.6m requires a skim. Advice is sought on best solution whether to dot and dab or hardwall render and skim (only one wall is external). Some prep work around window reveals will be required.
