Repair of damaged pebble dashing - painting exterior of house - Repair small door canopy in Tattenhams

Job description:3 bedroomed semi detached house. P atch repairs of damaged pebbledashing, including: - Neatening around the base of the external walls after the ground was lowered (previously was bridging teh DPC), which has left damaged rendering. - Romoval and replacement of about 2 sq m of pebble dashing where it has become loose/hollow sounding on the rear corner at just above ground level. - Re-painting of the external walls of the house including any necessary prep work. The existing pebbledashing has already been painted in the past. I can supply the paint as I'd like to use Monolastex Smooth (by Liquid Plastics). - Repair/re-build of small front door canopy roof. The previous felting has gone and timber is rotting and canopy now coming away from house. Would preferably like new canopy to have a lead lined roof (not essential though). I can send photographs that show all areas that require attention. Many thanks
