Job description:Report has highlighted the following:- Surface discoloration and above average levels of moisture were recorded on the chimney breast wall within the front bedroom and on the adjacent wall above the staircase. It is possible that the ongoing dampness is as a result of residual damage caused by previous rainwater penetration i.e. hygroscopic salt contamination of the plasterwork. Please quote for necessary works to rectify the problem, inc preparation works and making good. Property is currently unoccupied, keys held by local agents.
