Job description:external rendering of a mid-terraced house at front and back of property. front of the property presents cracks ; back of the property is L-shaped and half done in pebbledash (holding a lot of moistureand) and half in smooth render (extension area). All render needs to be removed and re-done. Scaffolding is neccessary front and back; access to part of the back wall through neighbouring property at the back (no back lane).
