Job description:Hi. I was wondering if you give free estimates. I need the whole side of my property rendered, plastered and painted. The property consists of a shop and 2 flats above. The shop is called "Forest Junk" and Vigurs Car premises runs alongside my property. It would involve scaffolding to include a bridge over their side so they can still drive in and out etc., As I am working in Exeter, would it be possible for you to view the property without my presence.
