Job description:Just had a porch roof re-felted and when the roofer removed the old felt he noticed that water had been lying on the porch ceiling which had weakened it. There now is a hole in the corner of the ceiling the size of a saucer therefore, it will need a new plasterboard and the whole ceiling skimmed over. The porch is very small approximately 3 ft x 3 ft.
