Replacing ceiling, plastering and skimming wall in the kitchen. Add additional lights to ceiling in Eton Wick

Job description:The kitchen requires the following: 1) Coving to be taken off 2) Blown plaster to be removed (2 small areas 200mm x 800mm and 200mm x 1000mm) 3) Plaster board to be taken off ceiling - approx size 12 square metres 4) New plasterboard to be put back on 5) Skimming of ceiling and plastering and skimming around the kitchen where required. 6) Skimming of 2 partition walls edges (120mm width by 2400 height) each 7) Once skimmed and finished, coving to be put back on 8) New coving to be put onto one of the partition wall. I would also like additional ceiling lights putting in so when the ceiling is taken off, the tradesman will be able to add this in. I believe the the bulk of the plastering/skimming, and addinng the lights can be done in one day. An additional couple of hours may be required to reattach the coving once the plater is dry, but that could easily be done in the evenings.
