Job description:I'm in the process of buying a house - the Homebuyer's report has highlighted that the cement rendering on the front elevation has cracked and needs localised repair. It's not considered to be serious or desperately urgent, but does need to be dealt with relatively soon after I take ownership. Therefore I need quotes to confirm the cost before I exchange contracts. Please note I don't live there yet, I live in Reading - Thanks!
