Job description:Due to water damage from a broken shower tray above the living room, the ceiling will need a skim of plaster and a section of new plasterboard in the damaged area. As the ceiling has artex style swirls, we would like the whole living room ceiling skimmed smooth and as there a 2 other rooms with these swirls as well - costs for all 3 as well!
