Job description:Our radiators downstairs take a long time to heat and sometimes they dont come on at all. We have an old boiler however we always have piping hot water and the raidators upstairs are always hot. We also have underfloor heating and a heated twoel rail in our bathroom, neither of which have worked this winter.
