Inaccessible toilet feed leak + new shower installation in Longworth

Job description:Toilet leak is between cistern and bowl; requires plaster board to be cut for access + made good after (with MDF for easier future access?). I'm not expecting any new plastering to be required afterwards -- just replacing the cut out section with MDF and I can repaint it when I get a chance. I'm assuming this is less than a 1/2 day job and required materials should be minimal. Shower install is a like-for-like replacement of a tower shower system. All pipes are plastic. We have the new tower shower on site. Again less than a 1/2 day job. Estimated total of 1 days work, hence budget.
