Heat from panels not dissippating properly in hot water tank in Bygrave

Job description:We have 2 panels that heat our hot water tank. The system is 3 years old and has been working fine. Recently we've noticed that the heat isn't getting to the bottom of the tank. For example recently the collector was 150 degrees, the top of the tank was 60 degrees and yet the the bottom of the tank was 17 degrees.
