Immersion heater in Berkhamsted East

Job description:I am in the process of a property purchase. The survey report has stated the boiler is old, the immersion heater has a warning sticker on it and the water tank in the loft is too small for the house. I am looking for ideally a free quote for someone to look at the current position and give me an indication of cost of either a) how much it would cost to replace the items; b)how much it would cost to move the immerison hetater into the loft and move the boiler form the kitchen to somewhere else in the house and c) if it is worthwhile moving to a combi boiler system. Thanks
