Job description:1) Cold water tap in bathroom needs replacing (replacement already in hand). 2) Bath tap is dripping and might need replacing also. 3) Adjust hot water temperature as too hot. 4) Radiatior in kitchen needs looking at as doesn't seem to warm up.
