Repair to toilet close coupled cistern in Edgbaston

Job description:Ideal standard alto E7514 push button dual flush valve cistern. Continuous water flow to cistern (currently turned off by valve on inlet pipe). Cannot set correctly and suspect float operated fill valve will require replacement. Also water droplet leakage at bottom of cistern from fill valve.
