Job description:1) The overflow pipe to the water tank that is based in the airing cabinet is beinging to leak outside and I want the ball and lever changed so that it shut off.. I need that part to be new. 2) The toliet does not flush properly, the thing in the middle of the cistern needs to be changed, its not the flush handle.
