I dont get no hot water or central heating. in Shear Brow

Job description:i have a vaillant combi boiler vcw 242 e, everytime i turn the tap for hot water or put the central heating on the boiler start running as i can hrar the fan starts but it doesnt light up from inside so it cuts off. I have tried pressing the ignition on the panel but still the same problem.
