Regular pressure loss from system / lack of flow (Vaillant ecoTEC 630, modern quality system) TODAY in Egerton
Needed: Plumber in Egerton, BL7
Job submitted:Nov 27, 2008
Job description:Several radiators were changed on the system from standard to designer and one new one was added four weeks ago. Total BTUs are still only 75% of boiler capacity for radiators (after allowing for hot water / pipe loss). Since then, boiler was at first intermittently and now every day displaying fault code F23 (reasons for this are listed by Vaillant as mainly to do with air in the system). This is becoming a real problem now as boiler fails to fire up each morning / evening when timer kicks in. No apparent water leaks from system but pressure keeps dropping. Have had a combi boiler specialist look at the boiler (it's a pretty newish Vaillant) and pronounced it fine, he was pretty certain that the problem lies with air in the system. System has been bled at least every day or two in past four weeks and had quite a bit of air in every time. Some rads only get luke warm even when system has been on full blast for a couple of hours. Rads. have been balanced by plumber (and every single rad was hot and all worked fine for a day...then went cool again and F23 popped up again...). Experienced plumber needed to sort what must be a simple problem somewhere but which is causing a great deal of inconvenience!! This is a modern, high quality central heating system in a quality house and should be fairly easy to work with - you won't be fault finding on an old tatty system from the Ark! NEED SOMEONE TODAY (THURSDAY 27th NOVEMBER) IF AT ALL POSSIBLE - PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS LEAD IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT BY FRIDAY MORNING AT THE LATEST. TA.
Budget:£100 - £250
