Job description:I need a plumber to fit a bath, sink and toilet. The items to be fitted will be onsite and the toilet will need to be removed. I will take all items to be disposed of to the tip. I am buying a 1 bed bungalow to renovate and sell and am looking for any works to be accompanied by a written invoice and guarentee for the resale. There will also have to be a new emersion tank fitted to supply hot water. Thanks.
