Job description:A flat of 1 bedroom, in hall way hidden is the galvanized cold storage water tank and under it the immersion heater, the tank is rusting and needs to be changed to a plastic tank and I guess the immersion heater that is underneath, also they then want to run the pipes to bathroom to install an electric shower, not sure what pipes need replacing.
