Install valve to equalise water pressure to shower and fit rad in bathroom in Southbourne

Job description:I have unequal pressure going into my shower. I believe a valve needs fitting to equalise the pressure as the shower cannot get hot enough as theres too much cold coming thro. If I turn on the cold water tap in the bathtub and let it run, then the cold cannot get to the shower and the water gets hot in the shower. I also need the valve(s) on the bathroom ladder rad repaired (replaced)
