Job description:I am in the process of buying a house and there has recently been a leak at the house in question. Our surveyor said there were very high damp readings in ceiling in the kitchen and suspected a leak from the bathroom above. The vendor then explained that there had been a "small leak" in the bathroom just before Christmas and that a plumber had replaced the overflow seal on the toilet and it has been fine since. I would like a plumber to check that this has all been done properly and that there is no longer a leak. Therefore I don't need any work done as such - just checking that previous work was done properly and that there is no longer a problem.
